Show Attendee Profile

If you require attendees to register for a meeting prior to attending a meeting, you can view an attendee's profile, such as title and company name, during the meeting. To view an attendee's profile, select the attendee name and check "Show Information" in the Meeting menu.

Promote Attendee to Presenter

A meeting host can grant presenter control to an attendee. Only one attendee can have the presenter control at a time. The meeting host always has the presenter control regardless if an attendee is given the presenter control.

To promote an attendee to presenter, right-click the attendee name and select "Promote to Presenter". The attendee receives a notification that he or she is now a presenter of the meeting. The attendee can share his screen (needs to download and install a free copy of WebMeeting123 first) or control a slide presentation in progress.

The meeting host can take the presenter control back from an attendee anytime during a meeting by right-clicking the attendee's name and deselect "Promote to Presenter". Promoting another attendee to presenter will automatically remove the presenter control from the previous presenter.

Allow Attendee to Draw

A meeting host can grant any attendee drawing permission so that the attendee can annotate a slide or draw on a shared whiteboard.

To give an attendee drawing permissions, right-click the attendee name and select "Allow Drawing". If a whiteboard or a presentation sharing session is in progress, the attendee will see a drawing toolbar.

Raise Hand

Meeting attendees can use "Raise Hand" to catch the meeting presenter's attention. To raise hand, select "Raise Hand" from the "Meeting" menu during a meeting. A hand icon is displayed next to the attendee's name. In addition, an alert sound may play to catch the meeting presenter's attention.

To put the hand down, select "Raise Hand" again.

Call Attendee

If you have enabled Internet telephony for a meeting, attendees will be asked to enter a user id for the Internet telephony service (i.e. only Skype is currently supported) you specified. You can call any attendee who has entered a user id by right-clicking the attendee name and selecting "Call Attendee" from the popup menu. See "Using Skype with WebMeeting123" for more details.
